I decided to get the protective cover for the back of the Sony A230. The price was around .00 which is very little when you think about how much DSLR’s cost. The cover is very simple and easy to use and should help to keep the viewer (for Pics only) clean and protected. I’d like to also add that the Sony a230 has been a great camera. If you like taking pictures and have smaller hands this DSLR might just be right for you. Spend the extra money and get a plastic cover for the back so if the camera is dropped or there’s water or whatever it will protect the camera to a degree.

I really like the small size and the hard cover. On the inside, there’s a mesh divider for the camera and other small things (e.g. battery, memory stick). I wish the mesh was a little thicker with padding because I’m afraid that the other stuff will scratch my LCD screen or mess up my lens.
